Lougu lòu gǔ · 漏谷

Location. On the medial side of the leg, 6 cun above the tip of the medial malleolus, on the posterior border of the medial surface of the tibia.

The name means "leaking valley" — the point lies in the groove along the posterior border of the tibia, a narrow valley between the bone and the calf muscle. This is a naming convention, not a claim about effect.

定位。在小腿内侧，内踝尖上 6 寸，胫骨内侧缘后际。

穴名意为「渗漏之谷」，位于小腿内侧胫骨后缘的沟状凹陷（谷）处。此处为命名描述，不涉及疗效主张。
